Crossing Thresholds

Join me in making a difference. I have had the privilege of volunteering for Crossing Thresholds in the slums of Kibera. The Kibera Slum (Nairobi, Kenya) is the second largest slum in the world and home to nearly 1.5 million Kenyans. With hundreds of thousands of children out of school and malnourished, the need for schools and feeding programs is abundantly clear.

During my visit, I was completely moved by the staff, the students, and the youth group of FAFU. The love and hope this community possesses is truly inspiring. There are no words to describe how this experience has changed my life.
My mission is to continue to support this amazing organziation who help make a difference in the lives of these children. A portion of my income, will go to continuing to support this amazing organziation and children. For more information on this organization and the work they do, click here.

Healing Hands DoTERRA

One of the many, many reasons I have aligned myself with doTERRA is their commitment to changing the world. The Healing Hands Foundation is a perfect example. 100% of all donations to the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation go directly to those receiving aid, so donors can be confident that their donations will be used to help those in need. For more information on doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation click here.

One of the organizations that is supported is Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) This non-profit organization works to save children from sex trafficking by utilizing some of the world’s experts in extraction operations and anti-trafficking efforts.

When you buy doTERRA SPA Rose Hand Lotion, the full price of your purchase will go toward helping individuals, families, and communities around the world who need help, healing, and hope.  Not only will you be able to experience the benefits of this amazing lotion, but you will be able to make a difference in the world while doing so. To purchase yours click here.

A Home For All is a non-profit organization created by Nikos and Katerina that provides a "home" for those in need for it. A safe space for people who had to leave their countries due to war, but also for the local community. They provide dinner, music classes, English classes, and place to just relax.

Together with their staff and friends, they created a community of locals, international volunteers, and the refugees themselves who guard the coastline, donate clothes and shoes, and provide food.

Nikos and Katerina were bothered by the conditions that the refugees were living in. They decided to take these refugees out the camps and invite them to dine in their small restaurant, family style. Now, they have transitioned from a restaurant into a Greek NGO dedicated to giving refugees a break from the stresses of living inside camps, and a home cooked meal served with dignity and care. As they say, "Food equals love, so we food you". They have also extended this service to the local community. I will be supporting this amazing NGO in March 2019 by volunteering. You, too, can support this amazing initiative by donating. It takes a village to make a home, so take action and support a Home for All by clicking here.
